Terms and Conditions for Care N Lift Foundation
Introduction
Welcome to to CARE N LIFT Foundation (referred to as either "the Trust",
"We", "Us" or
"Our"
in this Agreement refers to CARE N LIFT Foundation). By accessing or using our
website and services, including but not limited to making donations, registering as a
volunteer, blood donor, blood requestor, vendor, or sponsor, you agree to comply with
and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Donations
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation.
- Donations: All donations made to the Trust are voluntary and
non-refundable. The Trust reserves the right to use the donations at its discretion
for the purposes it deems necessary.
- Payment Methods: Donations can be made via credit/debit card, UPI,
bank transfer, or other online payment methods supported by our payment portal.
- Tax Deduction:Donations may be eligible for tax deductions under
Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, in India. It is the donor's responsibility
to check eligibility for tax deductions and maintain appropriate records.
Volunteer Registration
Eligibility: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Minors may
participate with parental consent.
Responsibilities: Volunteers agree to commit to the tasks and
responsibilities assigned by the Trust. Any misconduct or failure to meet commitments
may result in termination of volunteer status.
Liability: The Trust is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages
sustained by volunteers during their service. Volunteers are encouraged to seek
appropriate insurance coverage.
Blood Donor Registration
Eligibility: Blood donors must meet the health criteria specified
by the Trust and local health regulations..
Confidentiality: Personal and medical information provided by blood
donors will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of blood donation.
Liability: The Trust is not responsible for any adverse reactions
or health complications that may arise from blood donation..
Blood Request Registration
Eligibility: Individuals or institutions may register to request blood
for legitimate medical purposes..
Processing Requests: The Trust will make efforts to fulfill blood
requests but does not guarantee availability. Blood supply is subject to availability
and eligibility criteria.
Confidentiality: All information provided by blood requestors will be
kept confidential and used only for the purposes of processing blood requests.
Vendor Registration
Eligibility: Vendors providing services or products to the Trust must
meet the eligibility criteria set by the Trust.
Terms of Service: Vendors agree to provide services/products as per the
agreement with the Trust. Failure to meet the agreed standards may result in termination
of the vendor relationship.
Payment Terms: Payment for services/products will be made as per the
agreed terms and conditions. Disputes related to payments should be addressed as per the
dispute resolution clause.
Sponsor Registration
Eligibility: Sponsors must be legally capable entities or individuals
willing to provide financial or in-kind support to the Trust's initiatives.
Agreement: Sponsors agree to the terms set forth in the sponsorship
agreement, which includes the scope of sponsorship, payment terms, and other relevant
conditions.
Acknowledgment: The Trust reserves the right to acknowledge sponsors
publicly unless a sponsor requests anonymity.
Payment Portal
Security: The Trust uses a secure payment portal to process
transactions. Users agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Transaction Fees: Users may be responsible for any transaction fees
associated with their donations or payments, depending on the payment method.
Refunds: All payments, including donations, are non-refundable unless
explicitly stated otherwise in a specific agreement.
Chargebacks: Any chargebacks or disputes related to payments must be
resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined by the payment
portal provider.
Confidentiality and Privacy
The Trust is committed to protecting the privacy of users. Personal information collected
will be used solely for the purposes stated in these terms and conditions.
The Trust will not share, sell, or distribute personal information without user consent,
except as required by law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of Trust services or the interpretation of these terms
and conditions will be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved
through negotiation, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Trust reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will
be notified of any significant changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
